Oral Presentation Guidelines

We thank you for your valuable contribution to the upcoming conference. To ensure a smooth and uniform presentation experience, we request you to kindly follow the below guidelines for preparing your Oral Presentaion:

General Instructions
  • The total duration of presentation should be less than or equal to 8 mins and 2 mins for discussion.
  • Please use Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx format) for preparing your slides.
  • The total file size should be within 100 MB.
  • All videos must be embedded within the PowerPoint file (no external video links).
  • Only .mp4 video files will be accepted.
  • Videos should be set to play automatically, loop until stopped, and rewind after playing.
Additional Recommendations

Keep text concise and legible - use large fonts and clear visuals.

Maintain a logical flow of information: background/aim → methods → outcome → learning.

Rehearse your presentation to ensure it fits within the allocated time limit.

Carry a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive.
