Cancellation is permitted only against a written request addressed to organizing secretary submitted to conference secretariat as mentioned below:
- 75% refund till 15th September 2025
- 50% refund till 15th October 2025
- No refund after this date.
Payment will be made after the conference. Refund will be after deducting GST from paid registration.
Refunds will be made in the following ways - for payments credit or debit cards/netbanking, the fee amount after the deduction of GST amount will be refunded additional bank transactional charges will not be refunded all payments will be refunded through bank transfer/ cheque to the payee nominated account.
